To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we ask that all guests please read through and agree to the following rules:

  • No drugs or weapons. This will result in an immediate eviction.
  • No smoking in rooms – $50.00 will be charged if found. There are smoking areas on each floor terrace, or downstairs outside.
  • No outside guests are allowed.
  • No sex trafficking. This will result in an immediate eviction.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 8:00am. If a guest’s behavior is disturbing to the peace of other guests, the hotel has the right to refuse additional stay.
  • Check out is at 12:00pm. Please bring your key to the front desk – there is a $5.00 charge if you lose your key.
  • Guests are held responsible for any damage to the property. If any destruction is found, guests will be charged the equivalent to the damaged property. Common Damages: Bed Sheets; $30, Pillow Cases; $10.

DORM ROOM SPECIFIC

  • $5.00 key deposit – returned upon checkout with key.
  • Guests must remain with assigned dorm bed. If you would like to change beds, please inquire with the front desk. You will be charged $5.00 and will not receive your key deposit back if you make this change without prior permission. Please note that new guests check in at all points of the day, so these assigned beds are important!
  • No washing clothes in the dork sink or bathroom – if you need laundry done, we have cheap and convenient laundry service downstairs.
  • No outside food or drinks in dorm rooms – since there are no fridges in the dorms, insects and rodents immediately attract to food & drinks.
  • Please be mindful and do no disturb other guests when returning to the room late at night.

It is your responsibility to ensure the security and safekeeping of your belongings at all times. We accept no liability for the loss, theft, or damage to your belongings, regardless of the cause. Safety Boxes and lockers are provided in each room to secure valuables. WE highly recommend padlocks. If you forget to bring a lock, you may ask the frond desk to borrow one.

Bokre Angkor Hostel reserves the right to remove any guest found in violation of the guidelines above. Your signature below indicates that you have read through these rules, and agree to the Property’s terms and conditions of stay.
